About a year ago, I started Golf Spa Escapes because I noticed a gap: not every couple both loves golf. Sometimes one partner plays while the other wants nothing to do with it. And even when both golfers are into it, a spa visit and some relaxation after a round is a pretty great way to end the day.
So I built a site reviewing golf resorts that also have solid spa options — destinations that work for couples regardless of who's swinging clubs.
After a year of casual effort, I've got 61 destination reviews and about 1,000 monthly page views. The content exists. The audience doesn't. The newsletter is basically dead. Google Ads approval is still pending.
Now I'm going to document the whole thing publicly — the wins, the failures, and all the issues I've run into trying to make this content idea work. Every Sunday evening, I'll report the numbers and what I tried. Let's see if this thing can become something real.
